HR Towers Company, Inc. is a family-run steel fabrication and erection company shaped by generations of hands-on experience and a shared pride in building things the right way. The company’s roots go back to a grandfather who worked as a facilities engineer at the historic Bell Laboratories in Holmdel, New Jersey, a place known for its role in advancing modern communications, materials, and innovative building design. Being around that kind of work instilled an early respect for precision, problem-solving, and thoughtful construction that continues to influence the company today.

Those values were passed from grandfather to father, and from father to son. In 2004, the family acquired a metal fabrication business and began serving Ventura County and Southern California. Since then, HR Towers has worked on a wide range of projects, from large commercial and public works structures to custom residential steel. No project is treated as too big or too small; each one is approached with care, accountability, and attention to detail.
